Faulty & Defective Items Returns Policy

 

Balloonings takes great pride in our reputation for quality and we provide the legally required warranty against defects and faults as follows:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods have any faults or defects. Where permitted by law, all other rights are excluded.

In order to make a claim under the preceding paragraph you must contact us first to receive a return authorization and then return the product to us accompanied with proof of purchase such as a printout of the original order clearly displaying the order number.

Shipping must be in accordance with our Returns Shipping Policy below.

Balloonings will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.

 

General Returns & Exchange Policy

 

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so within 14 days of when your order was received. We will provide you with a store credit of equal value once we have received the returned items.

Please contact us in this instance for a return authorization before proceeding with the return.

To be eligible for a return, each item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging and be accompanied with proof of purchase such as a printout of the original order clearly displaying the order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item together with your store credit.

Shipping must be in accordance with our Returns Shipping Policy below.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Returns Shipping Policy

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on your packing slip. This will be either an address in Europe or the USA depending on which one of our fulfillment centers mailed the package to you.

Return shipping to Balloonings must be via a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Balloonings takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The Products are your responsibility until they reach us at the above address.

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Balloonings is not responsible for any items that are returned to it in error.
